Unit 1: Introduction to Social Studies

Unit 2 introduces students to the development of agriculture and the rise of the first civilization, Sumer.
Unit 3: Saskatchewan's Ancient European Roots
Unit 3 presents a description of the two cultural foundations of the Western World--the Greeks and the Romans.
Unit 4: Time and Our Roots
Unit 4 students with opportunities to learn about time in order to help them understand and appreciate the present as well as look to the future.
